Government of the Republic of Zambia, through the Ministry of Tourism and Livingstone City Council (LCC), invites interested architectural, landscaping and urban planning firms to participate in a conceptual design competition under the Zambia Green, Resilient and Transformational Tourism Development Project (GREAT-TDP), financed by the World Bank. The competition is seeking for innovative and technically sound conceptual designs proposals to which will contribute to the regeneration of key streets, public spaces, and tourism spots in Livingstone City, Zambia’s tourism capital – the home of the Victoria Falls
Project Objectives
- To boost Livingstone city’s profile as a global tourist destination
- To increase time spent by tourists in the city
- To increase the esthetics and living conditions of the local communities
- To promote greener transport practice.
This is an open-international, three-stage competition seeks innovative and context-sensitive conceptual designs
Eligibility.
